Segment 1: A plane has been chartered from Cape Dorset to deliver the artwork from local artists working at the Cape Dorset Co-op to Toronto’s McMichael Gallery. This 1991 video also gives the history about how the Cape Dorset Co-op started. Local artists share their stories. This is an excellent video on the artwork of Cape Dorset in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
